About Us

 Katie first heard about Louise Hay while browsing a bookshop in Sydney in 2005. She was drawn to Louise's book "You Can Heal Your Life", took it home and began working through it.

Katie was particularly intrigued by the mind/body connection and decided to satisfy her inner sceptic by identifying some of her own physical dis-eases and using Louise's affirmations to improve them. Surprisingly (or not!) they worked and spurred her on to use more of Louise's methods to help her find the elusive 'something' that was missing from her life.

Over the next few years, Katie studied Reiki, completed a Diploma of Professional Counselling, took up meditation and investigated crystals, angels and all things spiritual.

After a chance meeting (or example of synchronicity) with Heal Your Life teacher trainer Susie Mulholland (they both come from the same small town and hadn't seen each other for years), Katie knew this was the right path for her to follow.

Katie became a certified Heal Your Life workshop leader at Coffs Harbour in March 2010. The photo shows her receiving her certificate from Susie and assistant Julie Lake.

What does the Life Support logo mean?

The heart/cross symbol in the Life Support logo is actually an ankh: an Egyptian symbol representing eternal life. The top of the ankh has been modified to a heart, representing what else but love.
